Did you know that when you're drinking your favorite alcoholic beverage, you're actually drinking Crystal Quest? What you're looking at is a 72,000 gallon per day brackish RO system. And this is the standard for companies that are serious about pure water in production. Starting with the membranes on this bad boy, inside of these stainless steel vessels, we've got five 8x80 brackish RO membranes rated for up to 400 PSI. Feeding into these membranes, we've got schedule 80 PVC plumbed throughout the entire system.
And this all starts with the water feeding into this massive sediment filter. After that, the water flows through powered by this massive 10 horsepower pump. That's the core of the system. But in Crystal Quest fashion, the system is never done unless it has all the bells and whistles. We've got a clean and place port, digital low pressure port and high pressure port, digital inlet and outlet TDS readers, digital totalizer, pressure gauges for concentrate filter out and pump pressure, a concentrate valve, flow meters for concentrate and permeate, and of course, all sitting on a custom fabricated frame.
Now, we just slap a control panel on it and it's ready to go. If you're in need of a commercial RO system, visit us at crystalquest.com and we'll get you squared
