So, for me customer feedback and customer experience is one of if not the most important thing. We saw that a lot of people had feedback with complexity. They had components that they had to replace or they didn't know how to replace a cartridge. We wanted to get rid of all of those possible difficulties that a customer could have with the system like this. Simplifying the design, simplifying the appearance so that it's not daunting and not confusing.
You don't have a tank to worry about. You don't have multiple cartridges and membranes and inline filters that you have to replace. You literally click a button, pull the cartridge, and push the new one in. And it is as simple as that. And allow someone who's unfamiliar with any of these systems to get their foot in the door and get pure water on demand right when they need it.
[Editorial note: The recorded performance specifications are omitted.] I noticed a need for technology integrated into systems. So, we have brought two different faucet options with this product. You get one LED indicator that comes standard, and you've also got a live TDS faucet that reads the output of the water as it's coming through. The Haven is the first step that we're taking to bring a new collection of products to the market. And our goal with this collection is to take old foundational technology, pay respect to it, streamline it, modernize it, and improve efficiency.
So, with that being said, there's much more to come.
