This is a great question. How long do you need to wait before replacing your filter cartridge for your water pitcher? Let's go ask AJ. So, with the water pitcher cartridge, you can tell it's time to replace it either by time or gallons. So, either 2,000 gallons used or 6 to 12 months, whichever comes first.
Typically, if you're using it a lot and you have maybe not the best water quality, you're going to stay lower on the end of 6 months. If you have less people, less frequent use, you can go longer, 12 months, 8 months, something like that. You can also tell based on the taste and the odor if there's a change. And our breakthrough technology, the dial on top allows you to adjust it. So, when you get the cartridge, you can set the time for 6 or 12 months in advance, and you'll see it on the top of the pitcher.
