Welcome to Crystal Quest.

I'm AJ Segari. I'm the vice president of Crystal Quest. We're in Kennesaw, Georgia. So, at Crystal Quest, we manufacture water filtration systems from your small point of use systems all the way up to large scale commercial systems, industrial systems, your basic pitcher filters all the way up to huge desalination systems for water treatment facilities and everything in between. The goal of creating these channels, whether it's YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, whatever it is, is to be able to have that direct communication.

It creates dialogue. It's important that people know about water filters. It's important that people know about their water. It's important that that there's a place that someone can go to ask questions and get an answer. It's teaching to teach.

And if, you know, what you've learned points you to us, it just means we have a good product. But, equipping them with the knowledge to know what they need is important. I think being family owned is definitely one of the reasons I feel so passionate about what we do. I've seen firsthand how much something as small as a shower filter can positively impact someone. We're people.

We want to connect with others. We want to help others. We want to be there for others. We want to be the person that they call because they know that we'll help them. Whenever you call, whenever you send an email, whenever you leave a comment, it's a real person picking up that call or responding that email, reading your comment.

We as a company, our brand, we care about people. We care about our customers and we care about people who aren't our customers. We just want to help. And we want to help in the way that we know how, which is water filtration.
